All areas and organs of the body can be reached via the feet's reflex zones. By treating these zones the blood circulation of the corresponding body area is stimulated and self healing powers are activated.

Lymph drainage 45 min € 50,-
This is a very gentle type of massage with pumping movements, that results in a drainage of fluid from the tissues. The lymph is acting as the body's health police and is responsible for removing foreign objects and waste products. Lymph drainage causes a switch from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system which results in pain relief and has a calming effect.

Acupunct-massage 25 min € 25,-
The Chinese believe that a human being is healthy when energy is allowed to flow unobstructedly inside the meridians and when Yin and Yang are balanced. The meridians supply energy to the parts of the body that they run through. If this flow of energy is blocked for various reasons, the body reacts by feeling pain.

Connective tissue massage (CTM) 45 min € 50,-
This massage technique adresses the "reflectory zones" within the connective tissues. An intense feeling of pain is a sign that the connective tissue massage is carried out correctly. CTM causes an increase in blood flow in the whole area that is massaged and influences the autonomic nervous system gravely which makes it vital to rest after the treatment.
